First Take Friday - Episode #99 Drinking with the King Written by Jonathan Brader Tale of the Tune: I wrote this song one night for my friend, Tim. Unfortunately, he passed before he could hear it. The song recalls this time that me Tim, Gareth (Tim's brother), and my GF at the time went to six flags. It was the first, and so far, only time that I have ridden the Boss, which was a brand new wooden roller coaster at the time. We went home that night and enjoyed the good times with a few cold beers. Tim and Gareth live in the UK, hence the chorus. It was a fun night. Miss you, Tim. I'll have a few for you tonight. Thank you for watching/listening. JB
