First Take Friday - Episode #91 Waiting on a Train Written by Jonathan Brader Tale of the Tune: I saw a man and a woman embracing at a train station once. The woman was crying and the man looked shocked. The woman got on the train, but the man stayed on the platform. I wrote this song based on of that encounter. I really have no idea what happened or why the woman was crying, but the moment stuck with me, so I decided to write this song…it is from the guy’s perspective. Thank you for checkin’ it out! JB

First Take Friday - Episode #90 All Through the Night Written by Jonathan Brader Tale of the Tune: This is a love song about a guy who can’t sleep because he’s thinking about a girl. JB First Take Friday - Episode #89 Twinsies with the Kicks Written by Jonathan Brader Tale of the Tune: This song originated this past winter as my wife and I were dancing in the kitchen before heading out to an event. We were wearing similar shoes so the chorus of this song was written. I then recalled that this one time at college, there was a girl in my freshman week class who was wearing the exact pair of shoes that I had. They were good shoes. Thank you for checkin’ it out! JB First Take Friday - Episode #88 I Need Your Love Written by Jonathan Brader Tale of the Tune: This one became kind of a love song, but it started out as a completely different tune. Unfortunately, I ran out of time this week, so this still needs some work, but the clock is ticketing, am I right? There could be a serious horn section on this one at some point in the future.
